What is Surrogacy?

Surrogacy is a method of assisted reproduction in which intended parents partner with a gestational surrogate—someone who will carry and care for their baby until birth. Many families turn to surrogacy when they’re unable to carry a child on their own, whether due to medical, biological, or personal reasons.
